FJORATEX

Process

The FJORATEX
Protocol.

A four-stage workflow connects your technical brief with sampling, production checks, and bulk delivery. The production route and timing are confirmed for each project.

Workflow

How We Work

  1. Brief Analysis & Feasibility

We review your reference sample, target specs, and compliance needs to confirm technical feasibility and establish initial costing.

  2. Sourcing & Route Mapping

We match your fabric's technical requirements, order volume, and required certifications with suitable mills, then confirm the production route and schedule.

  1. Sampling & Lab Dips

We prepare sample yardage and lab dips for your review, and record approvals for hand feel, fabric specifications, and colour before bulk production.

  2. Production & In-Process QC

Bulk production follows the agreed quality plan, including in-process checks, final inspection to the agreed AQL, and documented shipment approval.

Production Coordination

Qualified Mill Network

We match performance, wool, and specialty knit projects with partner mills in China's weft-knitting clusters. Technical capability, production capacity, and relevant certification requirements are reviewed for each project.

In-Process Quality Control

Quality gates are embedded at every critical production stage—not just at final inspection. Deviations are identified early, before they compound into costly bulk problems.

Traceability & Documentation

Production records can cover material sourcing, sample approvals, testing, and final inspection. The required documents and traceability scope are agreed before production.
