Expertise
Performance knits.
Sample-driven development.
Our technical capability spans functional performance knit development, sample-based reverse engineering, natural fiber programs, and supply chain coordination — from brief to bulk, executed with precision.
01 — Performance Knits
Two decades at the core of athletic and functional knit.
We've built our technical foundation on performance fabrics — moisture-wicking nylon/spandex structures, four-way stretch interlock, compression mesh, and lightweight open structures. Our mill network and development team have executed performance briefs for activewear brands spanning yoga, running, tennis, golf, outdoor layering, and technical base layer programs across North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Every hand-feel target, every weight specification, every functional requirement — documented, verified, and delivered to AQL standard on every production run.
Certified material programs including GRS-certified recycled synthetics and OEKO-TEX® compliant dyeing can be coordinated through the supply chain. Material certification requirements are confirmed at the project level.

Construction & Functional Range
Our weft-knit development spans the major construction families — single and double jersey, rib, piqué, interlock, mesh, spacer, fleece, and brushed knits. Construction is selected against the weight, hand-feel, and performance targets defined in the brief.

Functional Targets
Moisture Management
Wicking and moisture transport developed through fiber selection, knit structure, and finishing route.
Quick Dry
Fast-dry performance targeted through construction openness and fiber moisture characteristics.
UV Protection
UV performance can be targeted through fiber, construction density, and finishing treatment.
Antibacterial & Odor Control
Developed through fiber selection or finishing, depending on project requirements.
Far-Infrared / Thermal Comfort
Thermal comfort and far-infrared properties developed through specialized fiber and finishing programs.
Stretch & Recovery
Four-way stretch and shape retention developed through construction and elastane integration.
Compression Support
Graduated or zoned compression structures developed to brief specification.
Breathable Mesh Structures
Open-knit and mesh constructions for ventilation in panel or full-fabric applications.

02 — Sample-Based Development
Your reference swatch. Our technical blueprint.
We work from technical briefs, reference swatches, target constructions, hand-feel direction, performance requirements, and brand development goals. Whether you have a competitor sample, a vintage reference, or a proprietary structure your customer loves — we disassemble it: identifying the construction, yarn type, and stitch architecture down to the last detail.
We rebuild the fabric in your chosen fibers, hitting your target hand-feel and weight with the precision required for repeatable bulk production. Development can include lab dips, adjustment rounds, and technical review at each stage. No ambiguity at handoff. No surprises at delivery.
Sampling timelines depend on fiber, construction, dyeing, finishing, and testing requirements. We respond quickly to technical briefs and sourcing requests — the development route is defined after reviewing the reference and requirements.
“We don't interpret your brief. We execute it.”
03 — Wool & Wool Blends
Natural performance. Engineered blends.
From next-to-skin merino layers for base layers and luxury casualwear to wool-nylon and wool-polyester blends for activewear and outdoor layering, we develop technical wool programs with traceability through the supply chain. Wool blended with technical synthetics delivers enhanced durability, shape retention, and thermal regulation across a wider range of end uses.
Certified wool programs can be coordinated through RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certified supply chains. Suitable certified yarns and production routes are sourced and confirmed at the project level.

04 — Network Infrastructure
Embedded in China's integrated weft-knitting corridor.
Our operations are anchored within the Suzhou–Yangtze River Delta cluster — where yarn sourcing, weft-knitting, dyeing, finishing, and testing partners operate within the same logistics radius. This proximity across the full production route is structural, not incidental.
Bulk production runs across a deep, redundant mill network — no single machine failure or capacity constraint can derail your program. Coordination covers the full chain from yarn through knitting, dyeing, finishing, and testing to bulk delivery.
Certified material programs — including GRS-certified recycled fibers, RWS wool, and OEKO-TEX® compliant dyeing and finishing — can be coordinated through suitable supply chain partners. Certification availability is confirmed at the project level.
